How has Woodbridge become more sustainable, you ask?

- Township invest $7 million in solar panel project for municipal buildings, including the Main Library, Evergreen Senior Center, and Community Center to name a few. Last week, the Township made an interlocal agreement with the Woodbridge Fire Department to install solar panels.
- Established a Natural Resource Guide and Master Plan
- Purchased new Bio-Diesel Fuel and Hybrid Vehicles to replace older, less efficient Township vehicles
- Established and promoted "Green-Oriented" Redevelopment, most notably the planned development of a state-of-the-art enviro-technology incubator and industrial park
- Encourged businesses and residents alike to join the Township's efforts to save energy, recycle, shop locally, among other terrific initiatives
