Jim is Vice President for Whitman in East Brunswick, providing Engineering and Project Management services to a broad range of clients. Jim is responsible for managing all professional engineering activities including, managing the project and ensuring that client expectations are exceeded.  The approach for executing a project includes defining the needs and goals of the clients, analyzing problems, defining options and alternatives and working with the clients to execute the most practical and cost effective solution.  Jim uses this approach every day as a Councilman in Woodbridge.
